Return and Exchange policy

To facilitate our clients, we offer the exchange for purchased articles from EHFRUCHE online store only if;

  1. An article purchased can be changed within 7 days of delivery from the online Store.
  2. An article can only be exchanged if it is unused, tags are intact and in its original packing.
  3. Articles can only be exchanged if the article is not the same as mentioned on the website or the product has any manufacturing defect.

(Please note that the product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and it will not be considered as a manufacturing defect. Products are not eligible to change due to this reason)

To process an exchange, contact our customer service center by emailing us customerservice@ehfruche.com and must mention your order reference number.

Note: No return or exchange policy will be allowed for products bought on sale and promotion.

 

Order Cancellation:

EHFRUCHE provides the facility of the order cancellation at any time before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

EHFRUCHE reserves the right to cancel any order or part of it, if the item is out of stock.
